Communicating in an assertive way when something doesn’t feel right, or not correct. Because it will happen again. It is brave and takes guts to do it. But it’s the right way. Lesson to self: “Stand up for yourself and communicate it in an assertive way”. I actually struggle with this, hopefully I can continue to do more progress now that I’m more aware of it. Sometimes other people might not even know something is actually bothering us, and the only way is to be firm and communicate our thoughts.
