What an amazing book! 
A must read for anyone who wants to understand a bit more of how the world works, the dynamics among countries and what to expect for the upcoming years. 

I finally found good explanations of how the economic systems work and have worked through history leading to the rise and failing of many empires and countries. Including a good picture of where we are at the moment. 

A great book by Ray Dalio, one of the top investors of our time 👍🏽👍🏽

The hardest thing of this year

I think the hardest thing I did this year was to allow myself to cry, and in front of someone else.  Some things that seem just natural for many people, but so hard for others. And how liberating at the same time.  I didn’t learn how to cry, or maybe I forgot, so I’m learning now, and finally realising about its healing power.  I thought I was being though and strong, but in many cases I now understand I was just missing out on the magic of crying and letting the emotions out.  It’s not an easy thing, it took me a while and still learning. Life is so much better when we feel inspired. I feel inspired by drinking a coffee in a library. Inspired by having a conversation with an old friend. By listening to an inspiring podcast, by listening to a book. By drawing and writing in my ideas notebook. By creating new websites. By sharing a brunch with my partner. By riding the bicycle and listening to music. By taking a cold-hot-cold shower.  What makes you feel inspired?
