The hardest thing of this year
I think the hardest thing I did this year was to allow myself to cry, and in front of someone else. Some things that seem just natural for many people, but so hard for others. And how liberating at the same time. I didn’t learn how to cry, or maybe I forgot, so I’m learning now, and finally realising about its healing power. I thought I was being though and strong, but in many cases I now understand I was just missing out on the magic of crying and letting the emotions out. It’s not an easy thing, it took me a while and still learning. Sergio
