Self discovery is the most exciting journey

You get to learn all the time, do experiments and at the end of the day you are the direct beneficiary of those efforts, not a company, not the state, YOURSELF, plus the better person you become the better impact you can have on others. 

How to start / continue that self discovery journey?

The thing most people don’t seem to have time for and matters the most

What inspires you?

Life is so much better when we feel inspired. I feel inspired by drinking a coffee in a library. Inspired by having a conversation with an old friend. By listening to an inspiring podcast, by listening to a book. By drawing and writing in my ideas notebook. By creating new websites. By sharing a brunch with my partner. By riding the bicycle and listening to music. By taking a cold-hot-cold shower.  What makes you feel inspired? The hardest thing of this year

I think the hardest thing I did this year was to allow myself to cry, and in front of someone else.  Some things that seem just natural for many people, but so hard for others. And how liberating at the same time.  I didn’t learn how to cry, or maybe I forgot, so I’m learning now, and finally realising about its healing power.  I thought I was being though and strong, but in many cases I now understand I was just missing out on the magic of crying and letting the emotions out.  It’s not an easy thing, it took me a while and still learning.
